The Corporate Governance Center, affiliated to the College of Business at Alfaisal University in Riyadh, awarded Fitaihi Holding Group, for the third year in a row, the Excellence Award in Corporate Governance Applications (non-financial sectors) in the Saudi Stock Exchange, (ESG Investing “Environment, Social Responsibility, Governance”), during the 2nd International Corporate Governance Conference, held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. The CEO of Fitaihi Holding Group, Mr. Yasser Yehia Abdelhamid, received the Excellence Award from His Excellency the President of Alfaisal University, Dr. Mohammed Ali Al Hayaza, and the Dean of College of Business, Dr. Bajis Dodin, in the presence of a large group of members of the Board of Directors of joint-stock companies, Top Executives, and several elite speakers. The award places a big responsibility on the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team of Fitaihi Holding Group to maintain this level of excellence while pushing the company to continue its internal development.
