Reference to the announcement of Fitaihi Holding Group (the Company) on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website dated 14-02-2022, regarding the invitation of its shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled for Tuesday 15-03-2022 at 06:30 p.m. (via Tadawulaty Platform), the Company would like to remind its registered shareholders that the electronic voting starts at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 12/03/2022, and will last until the end of the Ordinary General assembly time.
