| Announcement Detail | As a part of its efforts to protect the shareholders’ rights and interests, Fitaihi Holding Group announces the launch of a new service platform for its shareholders to inquire about their uncollected disbursed amounts from the year 2004 onwards, using the below link: https://www.fitaihi.com.sa/dividends/ Or you can click HERE The information contained on this service platform is for indicative purposes only. In case of inquiries, please contact the CG & Investor Relations Department either by calling this number (012-2604200), during official business hours or by emailing us at (sh@fitaihi.com.sa). The shareholders who are facing issues in receiving their dividends on time, are kindly advised to update their data either through the bank/financial broker managing their investment portfolios. We would also like to draw attention that dividends for the first half of the fiscal year 2020 were deposited in the accounts of eligible shareholders, on December 7, 2020. In case of non-received due dividends, for the years from 2017 to 2020, kindly please visit the customer service at the nearest branch of Riyad Bank. |
