The Board of Directors of Fitaihi Holding Group has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period The Year 2013 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 27,500,000
2.Divided per share SAR 0.50
3.Divided represent 5% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on The Day of Shareholder meeting that will be announced on a latter date.
