The new board of directors of Fitaihi Holding Group held its first meeting on Wednesday 20/04/2016. The members appointed SHK. Ahmed Hassan Fitaihi as the chairman of the board, and formed the sub-committees of the board: Audit and Risk Management Committee – Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee – Investment Committee, for 3 years ending on 21/04/2019.
