Fitaihi Holding group announces that, on Tuesday 26-04-2016, the board of directors of Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. has approved the appointment of Mr. Omar Riyadh Mohammed Alhumaidan (non-executive), a member of the board of directors of Fitaihi Holding Group, as a representative member of Fitaihi Group in the board of directors of Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. Mr. Omar will start practicing his membership starting from 27/04/2016 up to 21/03/2018. This appointment supports the investment strategy of the Group.
