Announcement DetailFitaihi Holding Group is pleased to announce that its associate company, International Medical Center (IMC), officially inaugurated its new project, a General Medical Complex in Al-Naseem district, Makkah, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The complex spans 19,920 square meters and comprises 60 medical clinics.
The total investment in this project amounts to SAR 168 million.
The financial impact of the new project is expected to be reflected starting from the second quarter of 2025.
This expansion is part of IMC’s broader strategic growth plan.
It is worth mentioning that Fitaihi Holding Group holds a 19.25% stake in International Medical Center (IMC), which also owns and operates the following:
 International Medical Center Hospital: on Hail Street in Jeddah, covering 20,237 square meters, with a license of (300) beds across multiple specialties.
 The First Clinic: a specialized medical center on King Road in Jeddah, spanning 8,829 square meters.
 A new fully integrated hospital (multi-specialty) in North Obhur, Jeddah, occupying 20,800 square meters.
