Fitaihi Holding Group announces the appointment of a member of its Board of Directors as Vice chairman, and the appointment of an acting Chief Executive officer of the Group.
Fitaihi Holding Group announces that its Board of Directors issued a resolution, on 6/4/2017, of the following:
1- The appointment of the independent Board Member Dr. Ibrahim Hassan Al-Madhoun, effective 13/04/2017, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors through the current board session that will end on 21/04/2019.
2)- The appointment of the Financial Director, Mr. Yasser Yehia Abdul-Hamid, effective 13/04/2017, as an acting of Chief Executive Officer of the Group. Mr. Yahia has been working in the financial management of the company since 1993, and he has been the CFO of the Group since Year 2007. He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce, Year 1992, and enjoys more than 24 years of financial, investment and administrative experience.
