Fitaihi Holding Group announces that, on Monday 12/12/2016, it sold to the IMC, a related party, where Fitaihi Holding Group owns 19.34% of its capital, a product (within the product range Fitaihi Holding Group operates) at an amount of SAR 2,280,600 in cash, without special conditions, and the financial impact of this transaction will be considered in the last quarter of the Year 2016. This transaction will be approved during the coming meeting of the General Assembly of Fitaihi Holding Group.
