| Announcement Detail | Regarding the Qualified Opinion contained in the auditor’s report on the annual consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2022 of Fitaihi Holding Group, as the associate company (International Medical Center Company) did not complete the audit work, and therefore our external auditor was unable to determine whether any adjustments required to some amounts were necessary along with the effect into the whole financial statement, Fitaihi Holding Group announces the approval of the Board of Directors of the associate company (International Medical Center Company), on August 30, 2023, of its annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2022. The financial impact on the annual consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2022 of Fitaihi Holding Group has been clarified (in the attached file). Accordingly, we will work together with the Group’s auditor to remove the Qualified Opinion contained in the financial statements. |
